These ceramic miniature k-type thermocouple connectors are ideal when you need to make a thermocouple connection that can be exposed to high temperatures. The heavy duty ceramic housing is stable up to 1382 °F or 750 °C. The flat connector prongs are made from the same metals, chromel and alumel, as the k-type thermocouple wire, they therefore will not impact the measurement. + and – terminals are clearly marked, the – has a yellow dot. The rest of the connector is unglazed clean white ceramic. This connector can be used with high temperature furnaces, vacuum furnaces, kilns and metal working equipment.
