The Comark Instruments ATT29 type-K thermocouple probe measures temperature from -40 to +500 degrees F (-40 to +260 degrees C), has a 4′ flexible probe, and comes with a metal clip. The flexible probe is insulated with fiberglass for protection from high temperatures. Its metal clip holds the probe in place during temperature readings. It is for use in food service applications with a broad range of temperatures, including ovens, refrigeration units, and freezers.
